RETURNS POLICY

Thank you for shopping at States Of Brew! If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We pride ourselves on our commitment to quality and our clients experience.

You have 30 calendar days to return or exchange an item from the date you received it.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy. If any of the below errors occur, we will gladly accept returns for a full refund or exchanges for the same value of your purchases.

  • If the item was damaged during shipment, we’ll replace it.

  • If the item arrived defective, we’ll replace it.

  • If we shipped the wrong item, we’ll take it back and ship what was ordered.

  • If you have worn the item and are unsatisfied, we’ll take it back and be sure you receive what you are looking to purchase

Exchanges for equal value, defects returns and store credit have no additional charge.

Once item is returned please allow 7-10 business days to process and ship out your replacement.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders that have already been submitted and are in the “Processing” status or “Shipped” status cannot be cancelled and must be returned.
